We begin by talking about how your sleep issues impact your life, track your current sleep patterns and then implement strategies to improve the quality of your sleep. This is hard work at the beginning but if you stick with it, the benefits are transformational. This approach is good for people who can tolerate the short-term discomfort of retraining your body to get good sleep for the long-term gains of healthy sleep. Sleep consulting draws on Cognitive Behavioral Therapy for Insomnia (CBT­I), which is an evidence­-based treatment for Insomnia.
